Commercial activities
Our main tasks include ensuring maximum profitability of trade deals for each of our partners whilst prioritizing customer requests, building mutually beneficial partnerships with both suppliers and customers, analyzing market conditions, improving delivery and logistics processes, developing our branch network and participation in trades (including on online trading platforms).
We continuously strive to improve our activities, define a long-term business strategy, set up current and future plans for purchasing and selling products, foster direct and long-term relationships with manufacturers (with their official dealers) as well as with suppliers, develop measures to improve the efficiency of the use of material resources and reducing transportation and storage costs.
